Important Deadline Dates
September
13th - T Shirt sale ends. We
will continue to take orders after this but we will have to meet a minimum order
before placing a second order. It could be as long as spring before a second
order is completed. If you want Pack 4 T-shirts, get those orders in before the
end of the Den meeting on Sept 13.
September
27th - Pack Meeting, Deadline for Camping registration. All
Den leaders should have camping registration forms. Cost is $10 per person, for
the weekend. This includes Friday night snack, Saturday Breakfast Lunch and
Dinner and Sunday breakfast. Our theme for this campout is the Raingutter
Regatta. All scouts and siblings wishing to participate will need to also need
to prepay for their regatta kits, on the camping registration form. The boats
will be made at camp on Saturday and then they will be raced. Awards will be
given out Saturday night at the campout.
October
11th- Popcorn Sales are DUE! The
pack makes money from this. The popcorn is delicious. Please have your scout put
on his uniform and walk in the neighborhood. You will be amazed at how much
popcorn you can sell. People are very supportive of Scouts. Suggestion -
have people prepay for popcorn unless you know them very well.
October
15th - Cub-Parent Overnighter Registration
This is a Council event, not a pack event. If you wish to attend you must register by the 15th. Cost is $30.00 per person. This is only for the scout and parents, no siblings may attend. We have registration forms if you are interested.
October 15th

later! Email Matt at mhannam@pack4cubs.org
for more details. See ya there!
October
18th - Everblades Scout Night Registration.
Cost
is $12.00 per person, this includes your tickets, a scout patch and
$3.00 concession voucher.
We will have registration forms available soon.
October
30th - Pack 4 Annual Cake Auction. This
will begin at 2PM in the activity hall. This is the same room where we hold our
Pack Meetings. The boys make cakes and we hold an auction to bid on them. It’s
a great opportunity to create something as a family, and the boys have a really
fun time bidding on their cakes. This is also a big fund raiser for the pack.
Please be sure not to miss this one!

November
4th - Everblades Scout Night, 7:30 at the Everblades arena. Costs
were detailed above, and as mentioned we will have a registration form available
soon.
November
12th - Popcorn pick up and 2nd Annual Chili Cookoff
The
fun starts at 2PM, at the Church, where you will get your popcorn that you have
sold. Then, move across the street to Veterans Park with your homemade chili,
and join in festivities. Sampling and competing, what more could you ask for!
Awards will be given for different categories.
Hurricane
Relief
We are asking for cash donations from our pack members.
We will have a donation can available at all meeting between now and September
27th. All money that is donated to the fund will be given to the Red Cross. Lets
help teach our scouts the importance of helping others, and given to those in
need. If each family donated only $10, we could raise about $1000.00.
Calendar
Changes
Due to circumstances beyond our control we have had, and
are still facing changes to our 2005-06 Calendar. Since there are so many
changes being made, please look for a new Calendar to come out before the end of
October. The present calendar is correct for the month of September, and this
newsletter will get you into November.
And as always, if you have questions, please ASK someone! We want you to have fun too!
